Urgent requirement: abattoir worker (Missouri)

Immediate opening: we are hiring an abattoir worker in Taney County, Missouri. You will work at an abattoir or slaughterhouse. Day-to-day duties: • Stuff and link fresh sausages with casings • Run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone • Dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date • Debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife • Vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders Requirements: • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler 2+ years on the tools preferred. Pay around $3,100 per month, based on your experience. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
