Head baker wanted in Grant County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a head baker in Grant County, Oregon. The job is at an in-store supermarket bakery. Day to day you will grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds; boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing; load and unload the deck oven with a peel; prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity; laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter; knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer. Ideal candidate: • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • Basic cake decorating and piping skills Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough. Part-time with flexible hours.
