Great opportunity: we are hiring a grill cook in Eureka County, Nevada. Requirements: • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets On the job you will handle: • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat 1+ years on the tools preferred.
