Wood machinist wanted in Makarfi

Vacancy available: we are hiring a wood machinist in Makarfi, Kaduna State. You will work in a bespoke joinery workshop. Day-to-day duties: • Install skirting boards, architraves and dado rails • Build and erect roof trusses, rafters and stud partitions • Finish surfaces with varnish, wax, lacquer or wood stain • Hang internal and external doors, fitting hinges, locks and handles • Apply edge banding, veneers and laminate to board Ideal candidate: • Able to read technical drawings and cutting lists • Good eye for detail and a clean finish • NVQ Level 2/3 in Carpentry and Joinery or equivalent 1+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time with occasional weekends. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Pay around ₦450 per hour, based on your experience. Contact us to fix an interview.
