You should have: • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • Strong knife skills and speed on the line Day to day you will manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs; monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in.
