Gas meter installer • Ikom, Cross River State

Vacancy available: we are hiring a gas meter installer in Ikom, Cross River State. You will work on commercial and industrial sites. You should have: • Driving licence for travel between sites • 2+ years' experience on domestic and commercial gas installations On the job you will handle: • Purge air from the lines and commission appliances to the correct gas rate • Install flue and chimney terminals and check for adequate ventilation • Braze copper gas lines and weld carbon-steel pipe joints • Set and adjust regulator outlet pressure with a gauge • Thread, ream and join black iron pipe with pipe wrenches and thread sealant • Complete gas safety certificates and label the finished installation Six days a week, one day off.
