Day-to-day duties: • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch • Keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials You should have: • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • Able to work early-morning and night shifts Performance bonus on top of base pay.
