Requirements: • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required On a typical shift you will mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder; debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife; portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights; trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts.
