Dish pit attendant — Dambatta

We are recruiting: we are hiring a dish pit attendant in Dambatta, Kano State. You will be based in a hospital canteen. Your main tasks: • Keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service • Sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies • Clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift • Wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils • Help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room Requirements: • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
