Vacancy available: we are hiring a line cook in Jackson County, Kentucky. The role involves: • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency • Prepare the mise en place before each service Requirements: • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure Pay around $4,400 per month, based on your experience.
