Head butcher • Isu, Imo State

Vacancy available: we are hiring a head butcher in Isu, Imo State. The role involves: • Keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled • Mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder • Run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone • Trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts • Portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights • Debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife You should have: • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day Full-time, day shift.
