Immediate opening: we are hiring a tree and shrub pruner in Henrico County, Virginia. You will work at a private estate garden. On a typical shift you will check and adjust sprinkler timers and irrigation heads; mow and edge lawns with petrol and ride-on mowers; spray pesticides and fungicides to control pests and disease; weed flower beds and borders by hand and with a hoe. You should have: • Previous experience as a gardener or in grounds maintenance • Happy to work outdoors in all weather Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
