Sausage maker wanted in Windham County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a sausage maker in Windham County, Vermont. The job is in a hotel or restaurant butchery. What we are looking for: • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry • 2+ years experience working as a butcher Your main tasks: • Trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts • Season and marinate meat on request • Keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools • Keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled • Break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts $2,700 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
