Immediate opening: we are hiring a waiter in Thurston County, Washington. What we are looking for: • Ability to work fast under pressure during peak service • Good knowledge of the menu, ingredients and beverages Day to day you will lay table covers with cutlery, napkins, glassware and crockery; clear and reset tables between covers; punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket); restock side stations with sauces, condiments and napkins.
