Now hiring: we are hiring a grill cook in Baghpat, Uttar Pradesh. The role involves: • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs • Prepare the mise en place before each service Requirements: • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
