Kitchen cook wanted in Okrika

We are recruiting: we are hiring a kitchen cook in Okrika, Rivers State. You will work at a roadside dhaba. You will label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in; follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes; follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces; keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift. You should have: • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • Strong knife skills and speed on the line • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies At least 5 year(s) in a similar role. ₦1,000 per hour, negotiable for the right hands.
