We are recruiting: we are hiring a cake decorator in Greeley County, Nebraska. You will be based at a neighbourhood confectionery. Requirements: • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen You will proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them; pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls; decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream; score the top of loaves before baking; load and unload the deck oven with a peel. Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. Full-time, day shift. Meals and transport allowance provided. We offer $4,800 per month plus benefits.
