What we are looking for: • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat • Strong knife skills and speed on the line Day to day you will follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces; plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service; marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases; manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs.
