Chef de partie wanted in Awe

We are recruiting: we are hiring a chef de partie in Awe, Nasarawa State. You will work at a busy restaurant kitchen. The role involves keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift; label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in; chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat; prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; prepare the mise en place before each service. What we are looking for: • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards At least 4 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time with occasional weekends. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Walk-in interviews this week.
