Cnc turning machinist • Tai, Rivers State

Great opportunity: we are hiring a cnc turning machinist in Tai, Rivers State. The job is at a busy machine shop. What we are looking for: • Working knowledge of G-code and M-code • Experience with carbide tooling and insert selection • Able to hold tolerances to ±0.01 mm Your main tasks: • Change worn carbide inserts and monitor tool wear • Measure finished parts with micrometers and vernier calipers • Check diameters and lengths against the spec sheet • Write and edit G-code programs at the control • Run first-off inspection and sign off the part • Deburr and chamfer machined parts by hand 4+ years on the tools preferred.
