Your main tasks: • Set out mosaic sheets and trim them to fit the edges • Spread adhesive with a notched trowel and back-butter the tiles • Run silicone sealant into corners and expansion joints • Grout the joints and wipe off the excess with a damp sponge • Fit tile spacers to keep the grout joints even • Mix tile adhesive and cement mortar to the right consistency You should have: • Able to read setting-out drawings and tile layouts • Work neatly with minimal tile wastage Rotating shifts.
