Urgent requirement: we are hiring a bakery assistant in Olorunsogo, Oyo State. The job is in a bread factory. On the job you will handle: • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream What we are looking for: • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • Accurate at weighing and following recipes We offer ₦220,000 per month plus benefits.
