Now hiring: we are hiring a groundsman in Esit Eket, Akwa Ibom State. Your main tasks: • Maintain compost heaps and the potting shed • Repot nursery stock and pot on cuttings • Dig over and turn the soil and prepare seedbeds • Mow and edge lawns with petrol and ride-on mowers • Spray pesticides and fungicides to control pests and disease • Apply fertiliser, compost and mulch to beds You should have: • Happy to work outdoors in all weather • Valid driving licence for travel between sites Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
