Scullery hand — Dillingham Census Area

We are recruiting: we are hiring a scullery hand in Dillingham Census Area, Alaska. The job is at a busy restaurant kitchen. You will sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations; restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar; polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass; keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service; wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils. What we are looking for: • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
