Join our team: we are hiring a waitress in Gomati, Tripura. The job is at a beach resort. Day to day you will explain the day's specials and recommend dishes; upsell starters, desserts and beverages; lay table covers with cutlery, napkins, glassware and crockery; polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place; follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules; carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table. Requirements: • Good knowledge of the menu, ingredients and beverages • Familiarity with POS billing and order-taking systems • Clear spoken communication and a polite, friendly manner Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week — bring your tools.
