On the job you will handle: • Keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled • Stuff and link fresh sausages with casings • Season and marinate meat on request • Trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts • Mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder Ideal candidate: • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter Six days a week, one day off.
