Great opportunity: we are hiring a confectioner in Randall County, Texas. You will work at a neighbourhood confectionery. Day to day you will decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials; keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards; roll out short-crust and biscuit dough. You should have: • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics Part-time with flexible hours. Meals and transport allowance provided. Walk-in interviews this week.
