Powder coating sprayer — Potiskum

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a powder coating sprayer in Potiskum, Yobe State. You will work at an automotive components factory. Requirements: • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms • Willing to work shifts and overtime Day to day you will inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches; top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations; run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches; keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well; cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time; check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns. ₦130,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
