Immediate opening: we are hiring a tandoor cook in Jega, Kebbi State. The job is at a cloud kitchen. The role involves cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations; keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift; prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch; plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service; chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat. What we are looking for: • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure Overtime paid at a premium rate.
