Urgent requirement: banquet server (Texas)

Now hiring: we are hiring a banquet server in Kaufman County, Texas. You will work in a café. What we are looking for: • Good knowledge of the menu, ingredients and beverages • Basic food hygiene and FSSAI awareness The role involves polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place; raise the bill on the POS and settle cash and card payments; follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules; carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table; explain the day's specials and recommend dishes. Six days a week, one day off. Performance bonus on top of base pay. $4,700 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
