We are recruiting: we are hiring a bread and bun maker in Calloway County, Kentucky. On the job you will handle: • Boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight You should have: • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
