Prep cook wanted in Ndokwa West

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a prep cook in Ndokwa West, Delta State. Day to day you will plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service; cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations; check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; prepare the mise en place before each service; label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in; knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha. Requirements: • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat Pay around ₦550 per hour, based on your experience.
