Urgent requirement: we are hiring a powder spray gun operator in Fulton County, Illinois. You will work in a busy paint shop. Requirements: • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects • Willing to work shifts and overtime The role involves: • Stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat • Hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage • Record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness • Sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper • Mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape • Run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
