Canteen cook • Osage County, Oklahoma

We are recruiting: we are hiring a canteen cook in Osage County, Oklahoma. Day to day you will taste and adjust seasoning for consistency; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch; follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces. You should have: • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards 6+ years on the tools preferred. Part-time with flexible hours. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Pay around $2,900 per month, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
