Digger driver — Skagit County

Join our team: we are hiring a digger driver in Skagit County, Washington. You will work in a demolition and site-clearance yard. On a typical shift you will excavate trenches for water, sewer and cable runs; work to laser, GPS or 2D/3D machine-control guidance; backfill trenches and compact the fill in layers; clear sites, demolish structures and load out muck and rubble; dig and trim drainage channels and attenuation ponds; lift and place pipes, manholes and precast sections with the bucket and chains. Requirements: • Confident working to fine grade and tight tolerances • Able to read drawings, setting-out pegs and level pegs $200 per day, negotiable for the right hands. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
