Abattoir worker — Ekiti

We are recruiting: we are hiring an abattoir worker in Ekiti, Kwara State. You will work at an abattoir or slaughterhouse. The role involves dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date; break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts; sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone; keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled; debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife. What we are looking for: • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths • 2+ years experience working as a butcher 4+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time with occasional weekends.
