Catering cook — King County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a catering cook in King County, Washington. Ideal candidate: • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies The role involves: • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks • Prepare the mise en place before each service • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs 2+ years on the tools preferred.
