Container truck driver wanted in Grayson County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a container truck driver in Grayson County, Texas. You will work at a haulage company. You should have: • Willing to take on night and multi-day trips • Confident with manual handling and load securing • Clean driving record with no recent endorsements Day-to-day duties: • Carry out daily walk-around vehicle checks before setting off • Reverse and carry out blind-side manoeuvres at loading bays • Secure loads with ratchet straps, chains and load bars • Operate tail-lifts and pump trucks during loading and unloading • Check tyre pressures, engine oil, coolant and brake fluid levels • Plan routes and rest stops in line with driving-hours rules $3,500 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
