Vacancy available: we are hiring a cook in Ikom, Cross River State. The role involves follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes; knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces; prepare the mise en place before each service; label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in; cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations. Requirements: • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
