You should have: • Able to mix and colour-match paints accurately • Sound knowledge of surface prep and the right primers The role involves prep and prime metal, treating rust with red-oxide primer; mask off windows, skirting and fittings with tape and sheeting; work safely from ladders, scaffolding and mobile towers; mix and tint paint to match colour swatches; measure up and work out paint and material quantities.
