Great opportunity: we are hiring a head butcher in Talata Mafara, Zamfara State. The job is in a meat processing plant. What we are looking for: • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter Your main tasks: • Run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone • Break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts • Keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled • Dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date • Mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder 4+ years on the tools preferred.
