Urgent requirement: dough maker (Tennessee)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a dough maker in Dickson County, Tennessee. What we are looking for: • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving • Basic cake decorating and piping skills • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks The role involves load and unload the deck oven with a peel; weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe; grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds; proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them. Six days a week, one day off. We offer $4,300 per month plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
