We are recruiting: cook (Florida)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a cook in Palm Beach County, Florida. You will work at a busy restaurant kitchen. The role involves label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in; knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; prepare the mise en place before each service; check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks. What we are looking for: • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays • Strong knife skills and speed on the line • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
