Urgent requirement: we are hiring a smash repairer in Linn County, Iowa. Requirements: • Attention to detail and a clean, even finish • Confident reading insurance estimates and damage reports Your main tasks: • Buff and polish the finished panel to remove imperfections • MIG-weld and spot-weld new panels into place • Mask off glass, rubbers and trim before painting • Feather-edge old paint and prime bare metal before respray Rotating shifts.
