Captain waiter — Kaugama

We are recruiting: we are hiring a captain waiter in Kaugama, Jigawa State. The job is in a café. On a typical shift you will follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules; raise the bill on the POS and settle cash and card payments; lay table covers with cutlery, napkins, glassware and crockery; pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left; take food and drink orders on the POS terminal or order pad. What we are looking for: • Basic food hygiene and FSSAI awareness • Willingness to work weekends, evenings and split shifts • Smart, well-groomed appearance and a clean uniform Part-time with flexible hours.
