Line cook — Ardo-Kola

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a line cook in Ardo-Kola, Taraba State. You will be based at a cloud kitchen. The role involves: • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces • Prepare the mise en place before each service • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations Ideal candidate: • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate 4+ years on the tools preferred.
