Great opportunity: presser (Kano State)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a presser in Wudil, Kano State. You will work in a busy laundry. You should have: • Aware of steam iron safety and basic machine upkeep • Able to operate a steam press, vacuum table and fusing machine • Able to keep pace with line speed and piece targets On the job you will handle: • Set the iron temperature to suit cotton, silk, wool and synthetic fabrics • Operate the steam press and vacuum table to finish garments • Press open seams, darts and pleats during stitching • Use a pressing cloth to protect delicate fabrics • Remove creases, wrinkles and packing folds with a steam iron • Give each garment a final press before packing Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
