We are recruiting: counter butcher (Kebbi State)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a counter butcher in Arewa Dandi, Kebbi State. You will be based in a meat processing plant. On a typical shift you will dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date; debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife; sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone; monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain; take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking. What we are looking for: • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
