Immediate opening: we are hiring a cake decorator in Silame, Sokoto State. The job is in a bread factory. You will score the top of loaves before baking; proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them; grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds; prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity; knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer; check finished products for colour, crumb and weight.
