On the job you will handle: • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them • Prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe You should have: • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • 2+ years' experience as a baker Full-time with occasional weekends. $7,750 per project, negotiable for the right hands.
